Foodie Friday: Chocolate Coconut Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Can Full Fat Organic Coconut Milk
  • ¼ Cup Raw Local Honey
  • ¼ Cup Raw Cacao (raw cocoa powder)
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into an ice cream maker (takes about 35-40 minutes) or into a freezer safe container. Freeze for 5 hours or until desired consistency. Enjoy!
